Play begins at 8:30 am Saturday and 1:00 P.M. Sunday.

Starting Tuesday, April 23rd, there will be Ladies Drop-In tennis at the Johnstone Park courts starting at 6 pm.  Depending on how many players show up, we can play singles or doubles. 

We can mix it up from set to set to meet other ladies and play with some new folks.  If you cannot be there by 6, please feel free to come later.  Men are welcome to come too if they would like to play mixed doubles.

We will start the (6 weeks) Spring Doubles league on Thursday (April 18th thru May 23rd)). Same format as last year   

Please respond as soon as possible and let me know if you want to play as a regular or as a sub.   If you know anyone else who is interested let me know or have them to respond.

Mike Dronyk contacted the city about the lights at the Johnstone courts not working.  Frank from the city when out and fixed the time clock.

Also, according to Mike, the stabilization for the north fence will be installed in a couple of weeks.

The BTA will have its first mixer to kickoff the Spring season. It will be held on Saturday, April 13th morning at the Johnstone courts starting at 9 AM. We’ll have some healthy snacks and drinks to set the stage for some friendly play.

The BTA annual meeting was held as scheduled Jan. 31, 2013.  A summary of the 2012 BTA activities was given, new board members were elected and plans for the 2013 were discussed.

Hello Friends,   

The BTA Annual Dinner and Business meeting is scheduled for next Thursday Night, January 31, 6 PM.  We will be dining at Bambino's Restaurant in beautiful downtown Bartlesville.

This informal event will commence with a social time beginning at 6 PM, then a dinner buffet at about 6:30 PM and a BTA business meeting to follow. The cost for the dinner will be 10 dollars, but this is also a convenient time to pay your annual BTA dues.

I think this will be our sixth or seventh year at Bambino's, so you know the food must be good. Please reply to this email if you plan to attend.  I need to know by next Tuesday if you are coming. I hope to see you there.
